FingerSlides™, a U.S. Trademark are U.S. Patent Pending. The Utility Patent has been filed by a Patent Attorney here in the U.S.A. I 'm expecting a U.S. Patent # to be issued any day now.

Nancy, Why are you DOING THIS??? What is it that I've done to make think this? We spoke many times on the phone and the minute I started building US a website, you started thinking bad things about me. WHY?
And the idea that I don't want to have anything to do with something in writing...That is Crazy...I asked you and your attorney on the phone, in writing both for an agreement.

There is no patent or trademark for the Pocketchalker. Yes, it was created by Jessi Nester 10yrs ago. Although through searches on the USPO website, it was never patented and the trade mark was only in place for 2years. That product has been duplicated 100's of times buy many many people. Ours different just as the other brands of pocket chalkers are different.
This whole thing Nancy, has gotten way out of hand and for reasons unknown to me. We haven't made any Fingerslides. We've only promoted you (Nancy) and your product.
